Switch on subtitles and you'll see it is definitely "flakies", slang for crisps. Hence "Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps"; that's what the singer is asking for.

Well, I THOUGHT it was Flakeys - but what are they? Is it a northern dialect word for Potato Crisps that a soft southern such as myself isn't familiar with?
