I have recently purchased a 1995 mobile home in a park, i notice in some areas the floor feels like it is sinking or soft, i am a disabled single women, the house is carpeted, i have called the owner of the park to see if he can help as i bought the place from him, but i dont know as i bought it as is, the rest of the home seems in good shape,

Sounds like you get a deal on the place. If the rugs were put down specifically to hide the rotten floor you may have some legal recourse. You can put a piece of thin plywood under the rug sold to reinforce the floor. The thickness of the rug may compensate for the bump of the plywood.

It sounds like there is some water damage to the floor. All your water lines run under the floor. Mobile home plumbing is horrible for leaks and frozen pipes bursting. The only solution is to remove the carpet and install a new floor where the soft spots are.

You need to find a handyman or a contractor to come fix the spots.
