I was given this with a note card that said it was a popular craft of the 40's and 50's. It is approx. 10"x12' in size. A blond woman with real hair. the woman is made of paper and she has a red material dress on. Looks like a very fancy dress to me. It has a side view of her head she has pencil eyes and nose and red lips. It appears to be in the original frame. There are no markings on the picture or back whatsoever that I see. I hope someone can help me identify this and it's worth if any.

Sounds like a very advanced version of paper dolls. Mom would take our paper dolls and cut out fancy dresses out of real material, also using rick-rack, or lace/ribbons whatever was handy. The real hair, never thought of that.
