Yes I have. In retrospect, I thought it was rather mediocre, and I haven't seen it again since, but I enjoyed it, and thought it was well done as far as cinematography is involved...
The basic plot line is this baby is born at the same moment as lightning strikes the house, either causing or the result of (the movie doesn't clearly tell which) the baby becoming a "pure energy" being. It's an albino who is removed from society for much of his life, and when he does enter society in high school he can't fit in. He falls in love with a girl, gets picked on by the jocks, and in the end ***spoiler alert*** vanishes in a bolt of lightning, the same way he entered the world. He also had some strange powers like being a human defibrillator.
It did have some big-time actors like Lance Henriksen (Aliens series, Hard Target, Terminator), Jeff Goldblum (Independence Day, Jurassic Park, Body Snatchers), and Sean Patrick Flanery (Boondock Saints, Young Indiana Jones, Body Shots, Girl...) as Powder.

Yes, it is a must see. It is a very well done movie, it will keep your interest all the way through and it has a fairly deep plot. Unless you want a movie where shtuff just blows up, then you will be sadly disappointed.

Yeah i used to have a guy friend who was real pale we called him 'powder' all the time. He used to get so pissed.
