dyfs came with the police claiming they had a court order left with my son and the police gave me the supposed court order which said WITHOUT COURT ORDER on it and was not signed by a judge and the judge was on vacation the date the order was signed by dyfs how do i fight this?

Get a lawyer and go to court. The Bar Association can provide low cost or pro-bono lawyers if you cannot afford the expense..

DFS has no right taking your son. This is illegal with out a judge signing this court order. It would be like me coming to your home with a police officer and taking your child away from you. I would get myself an attorney and file a lawsuit again DFS and the police station. I would open a can of worms. I would not let this go, but I would make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I did this.
