I am leaving my work in a few days a want a great thank you letter to my bosses but dont know what 2 wirte?

To whom it may consern,
The job that I have been in has been challenging, difficult, and with little reward. Challenging that you would stick me on shift, while supposidly I was being supervised, by the unseen eye I guess. I honed my skills of answering multiple calls at the same time, while you took me in the office in the morning to discuss the third call that went to the answering sevice while I had two calls on the the line at the same time.
Difficult that you would hire someone else for a possition i was working for 8 months, without even making the job internally avialible before hiring a friend of another worker. And then not being angery as I was continually harrassed for any little problem that came about. Even when the time clocks clearly showed the event happened before or after my shift, yet these people were not harrassed as I was publicly in the group.
With litlle reward as in that you justified me not earning a high bonus this year because you graded the bonuses on a bell curve giving your star idiot the top rating, and for what? She did nothing, then after she started a speadsheet she sent out that she would no longer maintain it because it was difficult.
You thought the other shift super was good also but he lacks communication, when your on shift with him you might as well be alone because he does not communicate with anyone.
To your easedropping on everyphone call each morning for hours. Sometimes you know I just had to drop clues to the fact I knew you where listening.
Or would that be my leter?
