The bruising came out straight away, however my breast still feels really sore and this was 4 days ago, should i get this checked out?

this is NOT overreacting , just plain common sense . If you have bruising in this area , your doctor needs to check , in case there is continued internal bleeding,
or complications from a cracked rib

Yes of course it might bother you later on. Once I fell in the bath and hurt my back, a few years later I started getting really strong pains.

Yep. Cause you could've cracked a rib or may have some internal bleeding that you don't know about.

oh huny!ouch hope you are ok,yes please go to the gp and get it looked at just incase he can give you cream for bruising and pain if any!good luck
