An IQ of 70 is considered mentally retarded.
The average IQ is 100.
A gifted student has an IQ of at least 130.
A "genius" has an IQ of about 160.
So yes, you have a high IQ. You can consider yourself very intelligent! To be in MENSA, you have to qualify as being in the top 2%, that is, having a higher IQ than 98% of the population. *MOST* gifted students fall into this category, and you are a mere point away from being considered "gifted."
As an aside, age has nothing to do with IQ. While you learn more and may get "smarter" as you grow older, your IQ or "intelligence quotient" relates more to your brain capacity or your ABILITY to learn, not what you already know.

Lewis Terman (1916) developed the original notion of IQ and proposed this scale for classifying IQ scores:
Over 140 - Genius or near genius
120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence
110 - 119 - Superior intelligence
90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence
80 - 89 - Dullness
70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency
Under 70 - Definite feeble-mindedness
Normal Distribution & IQ Scores
The properties of the normal distribution apply to IQ scores:
50% of IQ scores fall between 90 and 110
70% of IQ scores fall between 85 and 115
95% of IQ scores fall between 70 and 130
99.5% of IQ scores fall between 60 and 140

129 is a pretty good IQ. It's not genius level but it's well above average. The thing that makes you smart is what you do with that above average IQ though.

When I was 10 I got a 115 and said I was 35. (It wasn't a site I trusted and I had to get a permission E-mail and set up an account if I was under 18 . . . .)

Yes, it's definitely above average. Average is 100. Genius is above about 150

it's pretty good a genius's IQ starts at 180
