I am gay and they is this bloke at work who I fancy, and he keeps continually looking at me. Do you thinks that he is gay?

if he knows your gay then perhaps he is. i can't say for certain though it isn't as if i've met you or the bloke before lmao. Ah what the hell ask him if he won't to go for a coffee during lunch or something whats the worst that can happen if he totally digs you he will jump at the chance at having coffee with you if not then maybe he doesn't fancy you. Could be he fancies you.
Could be he knows you're gay and is trying to work out if YOU fancy HIM.
Could be he admires your dress sense/whatever
Could be you just sit in his line of vision!

What happens when you catch him looking? Does he smile? Blush? Look away?
For my money, I'd play it carefully, you don't need the embarrassment of being wrong and it being awkward at work. Just get chatting to him, maybe drop some subtle hints, see what kind of response you can get and take it from there.

I don't 'thinks' that you should presume so. Best way is to ask him about it, i.e. if he already knows that you are gay too. He might feel offended at your query if he's not gay, like so many other out and proud straight people :-D. But try to win his confidence over first, so that he does not see you as potential danger (because you are at the same workplace, rumour mills might just spoil it for the two of you).

The people who answer these questions with homo-phobic slurs are so stupid. If you dont like something, why not just ignore it? I mean, I dont like the taste of sour milk, so Im not just gonna keep taking wee sips just to remind myself of that! And thats not even a fair analogy, since there's a reason for not liking sour milk.

Just initiate a friendship- whether youre after something without strings or a relationship, its always gonna be more comfortable if theres a base friendship. Worst case scenario, he rejects you and doesnt wanna be your friend, then you can put him out of your mind, cuz who wants to be friends with a bigot?

take your new friend from work off from the side and say hey whats up mate, never do anything on the job do it in complete private. that way you you can get a beterr handle on were and what he is thinking of you. just ask him away from the hecticc pressures of the rat race. take him out for a few brews pick a table in a corner in a bar and, just ask him straight out. i if he isent gay ask him not too repeat it on the jobb. that way you dont risk in being fireed. good luck now. our rules of thimb never on a jobb bad move mate.

He may be gay but then he might just be admiring you're good looks or you re exceptional dress sense.

These things are always very hard to work out I suggest you make a few hints! You certainly don't want egg on your face!

As a gay man myself, why not ask him out for a drink after work and see how things go from there.

Or why not organise a works drink where you will be with others from work too.

i could be, but am not so hot at cruising... you friends with him? he know you're gay? maybe ask him out for a coffee/ drink? just get to talking and see where it goes... at wosrt could end up with new friend...
