Never - It makes no sense to make a machine that creates labor pain. You may want to consider a steel toed boot to the guy's crotch area as a substitute.

Why do you want men to feel the labour pain? Do you think nature has been unfair to you? Did you ever think about the status that women attain after the labour. That of a mother, the most respected relationship.

I don't understand why do you ladies have to compare yourselves with men. We are two very different beings with different sets of capabilities. You are emotionally stronger, we are physically stronger; you ladies are more into depth of relationships, we men are more practical; and a lot more things in uncommon. Why do you think nature made us like that. So that we can take care of each other's weaknesses and co-operate to develop a better society. If instead we keep nagging about our duties, our contributions and our pains; where do you think the world would end up?

:-)

Visit any maternity Hospital. More particularly the Maternity ward in Government Hospital. If labour pain related to Ladies. If it is related to work force, one has to strain hard at ground level, to gain and experience the load of labour. The poverty is ruling the rural India, the corruption dancing in the hands of brutal Cracies. Pain pays dividends with Gods blessings. Thanking you,

Men should realise how painful the labour pain is and extend help and assistance to women. Every person need not have to physically experience the pain to become aware of it.

When science develops an artificial womb to be planted in men for rearing a child or when men develop empathy for the pains their spouses bear to rear them their kids !

Indeed the nature has been extremely unfair to women.... these guys simply go scot free! But the catch is there too.... the guy finally does have to bend to his woman whose binding power he finds very difficult to escape for long. This world would have been nothing if there were to be no sincere and loving women in it!! They can do without men, but still they choose not to leave him in the lurch!!

NEVER. Instead of that we can hope for newer methods for painless labor at the earliest , which can be easily used anywhere. I THINK THINKING THIS WAY IS BETTER.
