can ie7 be downloaded on a flash drive and installed on another computer.?

I guess so, but why would you want to do that? If the other computer is online, simply download the update. If the other computer is not online, it doesn't need IE7

i agree with the fact that if the comp u want to install it on is not online then whats the point, but if ur thinking this may overcome the genuine copy obstacle it wont, but essentially the answer is yes. ... your welcome!
