No I am a men and I don't have a penis.

A female is MUCH more important geneticly and reproductively. A species can survive with a very small breeding male population, but if the female population is small, the species runs the risk of dying out.

The simple fact is that males cannot reproduce by themselves. Niether can women, but the female becomes the limiting factor and so the most important.
