define mausturbating? the reality is few women have an intact hymen by their teen years.
masturbating by touching your clitoris or labia will have no effect on your hymen..
your more likely sore from the masturbation it self.
try to make sure you are well lubricated and slow down a bit.

I think it would bleed if it were torn. I think if you touch yourself too much it will get sore, but I doubt your hymen is torn, although it can happen without any sign, I doubt this is why you are sore.
