No, IQ is associated with the mind and fulfilling god's commandement is associated with the heart. God need pure heart. Whereas IQ needs vocabulary and analytical skills.

NO! The two things aren't related. I am one of the most non-religious persons I know and my IQ is somewhat high. Where did you come up with this question?

Somehow your qustion does not make sense.

IQ typically is taken to mean "Intelligence Quotient" or ability to learn.

That has nothing to do with morality at all.

The CHOICE of "obeying God" doesn't relate to intelligence. Some people of very low intelligence choos to obey God. Some choose not to. The same goes for average intelligence and high intelligence.

Essentially you have posted a non-question.
