No such thing as normal in that regard.
The sizes can range from a few inches when soft to 9 inches or more when erect.
The average when erect is 6 inches.

Bigger than yours apparently. Get a human anatomy book, dude. But since you're obviously too lazy to go to that effort, say 6 inches when at attention. On average. That means some are more and some are less.

yeah, about 5.5 to 6" when your hard is the average...when soft, who knows, 2.5 to 3 or 4 depending. After swimming in cold water.....maybe 1/2"....if its long enough to get a full hand on it,,,,what else is there? you're set!
