I would recommend carrying a ruby in your purse.

Ruby;s do not have to be expensive. Just two weeks ago; I bought 1 ounce of rough rubies at a store that sells ctystals for $9.

If you know of a store that sells crystals you may be able to find a rough ruby for about .75 to $1 a gram.

Other crystals you could carry are three citrines, or a peice of moss agate.

I have personally had better luck with money since carrying the ruby though.

Luck comes to those who have money. Those who have money started by saving it.

When you have saved up a few thousand dollars, look for opportunities to invest it safely.

Over time (less time than you think), you will accumulate wealth.

I highly recommend a book called "The Richest Man in Babylon", by George S. Clasom. It's an excellent primer in curing lean purses.

Don't sign checks. Pay cash everything. Don't buy cheap, it will last much longer. Do the things you can do yourself and don't pays somebody to do it for you. Keep a rubber band around your wallet, it is effective. Never say "it's only one dollar". You will be amazed how much money you can find in your wallet. This is for a start. When you have saved enough money you will know exactly what to do with it in a rewarding way. I did it. I am rich now.

Firstly stop calling it LUCK! Luck applies to gambling, something that (with some exceptions) should be avoided when managing your money. Without more details that is all that can be said!

Since you've put this in mythology and folklore one assumes, you're looking for more esoteric advise than "Hire a financial analyst" So what I did ( and it worked well) was take some coins (Any denomination) and punch a small hole in it. string it on gold ribbon, and hand it around your doorknob on the inside. I personally had a bunch of 5yen coins which are round and have a square hole in the center like an I ching coin, so they worked perfectly. You can also burn green candles, and put adventurine around your house
Good luck!

Budget wisely & or apply it towards something that may lead to more money coming your way...
example: stock exchange, savings account, or if you believe in Karma; use it towrads the good of mankind. An example of that is if you find money on the street save it & give it to someone that really needs it.
personal story about karma**I met a man once that found a 100 bucks one day & kept it telling himself that he would find someone that needed it more than himself... he found out a guy in my battalion had had lost eveything he & his family owned in a house fire. He donated the money & about a month later went to Biloxi, MS to the casino's & won the jackpot on a nickel slot machine. Karma works in mysterious ways...
Thought that might enlighten you a little :)

seems you asked this under mythology then believe with all your heart and never doubt for a second that you deserve to live a full and wealthy life, and ask for money to come into your life. But also be practical about it, do you need to change jobs? change your attitude to buying on credit? take small steps, and be aware of what you are spending your money on, and ask if you really need it before buying
