depends where you are but the major deposits include

coal
limestone and carbonate minerals (carboniferous limestone of uk for example)
lead zinc deposits in carbonates
manganese and lead zinc (+-gold silver) from black smoker activity
some places have poryphry copper deposits of this age but not so common
some evapourites in states are from this age as well (i think)
