It can be seriously doubted if Hitler himself would have had his own Headquarters anywhere in the UK. His Headquarters would almost certainly have remained in Berlin so that he could run the whole of his Empire from a reasonably central site. He may well have visited Britain to see what he had conquered - just as he visited France briefly after that country surrendered, but that would have been about all. The person he put in charge of Britain would have based himself in Central London or Whitehall - just as other Satraps based themselves in the administrative centres of their domains. Hitler was determined to wage war on Russia, so if he did leave Berlin it would probably have been to go to the military HQs he maintained in Prussia and Poland. Apart from those he might have spent holiday time in the beautiful Wolf's Lair in Austria. The UK would have seen very little of him.

There is some evidence that Oxford was intended to be the headquarters for the German administration. This is given as a reason why Oxford was not bombed, despite its proximity to the significant industrial centre at Cowley, whereas other historic cities, including Bath and Colchester, suffered considerable damage.

Hitler would have visited UK if he had succeeded defeating Britain, but it is very likely that he would have no plan of having his own headquarters in the UK.

He would have been quite comfortable at his own places in Berlin and his well-known at Kehlsteinhaus in Austria.

The German Administrational HQ of England would have been London, IF it had survived the Invasion, otherwise it was going to be somewhere in the Midlands.
However there was also plans for regional centres for Scotland and Wales. I do believe that there was plans to seperate them from Engerland and use the same cultural arguments that the Germans used with most conquered races to seperate united people.
Hitler may have visited. but he would have never had made any sort of HQ here.

Seriously -
An old man I knew worked with famous British politicians, would often pop into Churchill's office to chat and argue.
In 1935 he was invited to a meeting in a place in England. Here they tried to trick him into supporting the new man Hitler. But he realised what they were doing; realised that these people included "the cream' of England (there were the rich, the titled etc.); That day he caught the train to Parliament went and told his man who went and told Churchill and the government began to take the whole Hitler thing seriously.
The place was - Cliveden manor in Berkshire in Southern England. The people who owned it then ( but NOT now) were Lord and Lady Astor.
The old man told me this story in confidence, when I was 18 yrs. Now I'm 61yrs and the people he knew who he didn't want to be in a scandal are all long dead.
One last thing ( that may get me killed for mentioning it) the man who organised the meeting was an evil man who gave "Dear Mr Hitler" ( this evil man's words not mine) money for his huge gatherings and gave him money to win political office.
His work - owning a huge gun /weapons manafacturing company. His name Krupp.
This company still exists. Do they still work, behind the scenes creating wars so they can profit from gun sales? If I'm killed I'll know why.
A final quote from Wikapedia encyclopedia -
"Tens of thousands of civilians from occupied countries and allied prisoners of war were employed as slave laborers by Krupp during the war. Thousands of these prisoners were worked to death intentionally, or died of starvation and disease in overcrowded work camps used to house them. During the war, Krupp opened a factory in the notorious Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp for the production of artillery shell fuses, in which slave laborers, primarily jews, were worked to exhaustion and then gassed in the nearby extermination camp."
