I'm getting one next weekend! If you have one and you give me information that's great too! I just need to know some information! Like I will probably buy a book and stuff! And I do know how much they cost! PetCo care sheets online don't help, my computer can't view them! Yes, I'm searching google right now! No, I don't want your suggestions for other pets. No, I don't mind if you give me a link! Hope that narrows down your answers!

To MKM,
I have taken care of leopard geckos for years and none of them have died yet. And I have been researching bearded dragons but would like last minute information just in case there is something I haven't read yet. Hope this helped! Thanks!

HerpCenter.com
It is an open forum discussion and has care sheets. There are hundreds of experienced keepers, and all of them are very knowledgeable. What you can't find in books or care sheets you can get from them.
I thought I had learned everything from books and care sheets, but there are always surprises, and they helped me to keep my sanity when there were problems.
Good Luck
PetCo and PetsMart are not good places to learn about care, 90% of the time they are off, and the other 10% of the time they only partially correct. Always look to breeders and accomplished keepers, they know a lot more than chain stores.

I keep detailed info on my beardies and learn new things almost daily. as far as mkm goes--- gees dude get a grip it's called fascination and curiosity, in the younger generation it can also prove to be a very valuable tool to learn responsibility. we are all fascinated about going to the moon seeing other country's etc. this is one fascination that can come true and teach lessons at the same time. yes at the expense of a lizard who will be sold to someone eventually maybe one who does not have the will to go on the Internet and prepare BEFORE they get it.

Google Melissa Kaplan Bearded Dragon caresheet. She is an expert. The cost can vary. I got one of mine at a reptile show for $35 and another one for $125 at a petstore.

http://www.anapsid.org/bearded.html is one of the best sites. The only thing I have a problem with is offering a large water dish. In my experience, large water sources are usually ignored, and tend to increase cage humidity (bad for desert species), as well as make a mess if the lizard runs through it and gets substrate stuck to themselves. I generally just make sure they are eating plenty of fresh greens, and offer water (either from a dish, bath, or spray bottle) once a week or so to make sure they aren't getting dehydrated.
kingsnake.com also has excellent forums...

I don't have any suggestions(which you don't want anyway)
I do have a coment:
why is it that people think it's cool to get an exotic pet when they know absolutely nothing about them?
