In physics more attention is given to the implications for atomic physics and statistical mechanics, as well as applications that have nothing to do with chemistry such as work done by magnetic fields. Less attention is given to the of chemistry of molecules and equilibrium concentrations.

Of course there is no differ, the border between Physics and Chemistry aren't strict, id depends on you, if you consinder Thermodynamics as a part of Physics or Chemistry, but Theremodynamics is always same
