Since I don't have testicles, I can't compare giving birth with being kicked in them. But I have given birth 3 times and I would have to go with that being way more painful, especially since it lasts for hours. I believe an injury to the testicles is only extremely painful for a short time (I have 2 boys and both seem to get over it relatively quickly).

I can tell you the last time I gave birth, I was literally screaming at the doctor to cut me open and end the pain after almost 12 hours worth. Do any guys ask the doctors to cut their testicles off after being kicked in them????

I'd have to go with giving birth - being hit in the testes is far less painful than having a small bodily orifice that's crammed with nerve endings ripped open so a large object can pass through!

According to doctors, giving birth tops the list (and I'll give you one that hurts worse than a shot in the nuts -- dealing with a kidney stone!)
