First of all no, there is no superior race. Second, white people can have brown hair and brown eyes. My daughter for example is white and has very brown eyes and brown hair. Third, not all white people think that. I am very tired of that misrepresentation. And melanin is what causes your skin to be dark. The more melanin you have the darker the skin. That is it.

I am white, but I don't have blonde hair or blue or green eyes, neither do most white people, and the proportion of those who do is reducing every year. There is more difference in the people of any particular race than between the races. Ask the white boy why asian children score higher in intelligence tests than the white children? Melanin is a skin pigment (colouring) in our skin, which helps prevent sunburn in sunny places, like Africa, where we all came from originally. All of us were dark skinned then, but as we slowly moved north, over many generations, it was an advantage to lose some of the melanin, so our skin could produce more vitamin D, and eventually we moved further north, becoming whiter still, and so on, until the far northern people became very white indeed. That boy's father is a racist, which is not a good way to be. Tell the boy that Jesus, who he believes to be his saviour, was a Jew, with dark hair and swarthy skin (a medium brown color), and to tell his dad that.

,All races (white, black and yellow) are good in certain respects. In all these races there are intelligent people, healthy people, people with noble characters, good athletes, good artists and so on. But it is a fact that the ratio of these qualities vary from race to race. In some races, there are more intelligent people, some have more criminals, some have more with artistic tastes. We do not have correct figures yet on all this for all the races. However, with the available information, the yellow race top in intelligence (though most of the patents are with the white race), Criminal tendency is more among the black race (Please excuse me the Botswana blacks), and apparently the blacks top in athletics and music. The whites are the most beautiful race. But if you take the average of all these, it is likely that the whites will dominate the stage as a race. But it is better that we think in individual terms than in racial terms to avoid conflict between races. In the near future, all the races will mix up and then there will be only one race - the human race.

What you're looking at is good ol' USDA quality ignorance and whoever is filling this kid's head needs to be smacked to middle of next week. It's this guy's parents who are damaging his mind with such filth and as for the teacher who said melanin isnt real needs to go back to college and take some sociology classes. Melanin is what gives a lot of african americans, hispanics and some asians their skin tones. Anytime a parent instills racist and bigotrated views in their child's head they're killing any chance of them to interact and to see that not all races are what they're portrayed. So anytime you hear someone talking like that ask them did their parent(s) make it their mission to damage their views of the world or are they set on switching their child's brain to permanent racist.

First the word MELANIN is a noun defined as follows: a dark brown or black animal or plant pigment. Pigment a type of coloring shade ex: yellowish, golden, etc.

The answer to weather one race is superior to another is this, no one person, creed, religion, no matter weather they are black, white, brown, or pink with polka dots is superior to another. It is people who are themselves who think in this manner that are less than superior to anyone or anything. They have to find a way to feed their own ego no matter who they hurt. You hold yourself high with high standards and loves for ones self and others and you will be happy. Study and diligence, and the life choices you make make you successful in family, life, and career. Do not ever let anyone make you believe otherwise. Remember be true to yourself.

Google "ethnocentrism." Every race has its own forms and varying degrees of ethnocentrism. Does it make it right, maybe or maybe not. To deny it happens is even more foolish. Superiority is a whole new issue. Next time ask this person why he/she thinks his race is superior. And, ask he/she to defend their positions with valid arguments. Most likely this type of person will be stumped or give you a bogus answer. Never buy into the whole "colorblind" thing by the teachers. They would be ignorant to deny our differences because that is what makes us unique.

Melanin is a 'substance' that occur naturally in darker skins, making it less prone to skin cancer. That is just but one of the many advantages of being darker. While we are on that, it really surprises me that most white people spend lots and lots of money trying to be brown (tan), and inject stuff in their lips to make them fuller (something that black people have, naturally) - but still look down on blacks. No race is superior that is forsure! Shame on that boy's father for pasing on his stupidity to his kids.

no the boy is wrong, he has gotten that idea from his father, who likes to think that he is superoiour to all people, and special.
the true is that the good lord make us all in different colors, so that we would be able to see that we all are the same, that , sex, color, creade, or race does not make the man. That all men are created in his image, and no man no matter what the color is of his skin, does not make him any better then the next man.

Rent and watch the Discovery Channel's program "The Real Eve." It proves through mitochondrial DNA that EVERY person on this planet is related! We are ALL the product of ONE woman who lived 150,000 years ago.
This is scientific fact, not religious dogma. We are ALL RELATED! Making white-boy's claims ludicrous, and proving him to be an idiot for believing them.

this boy needs to feel safe in his own pecking order because he feels unsafe and unsure of himself on his own. i feel with my own personal experiences the more you learn about people the less concern you are to measure people's qualities on race, culture, breed. all people are different and haves qualities and defects, it's part of being human and the right to be human.Don't feel that whatever political situation or genetic equality of race you are in that you as a person should feel put out because it.Remember all race is great it's that circumstances f life, politics, poverty makes things awkward and so people then start to single out social groups. Especially if that person feels the need to it.
