Actually, I'm 18 and I'm doing my Higher School Certificate(British basis) and I'm not in the science field but I'm interested in doing Aesthetics.By ze way can u tell me what is higher school diploma...??

I don't know if the British class is the same as an American. Aesthetic's is a Philosophy Class about the abjectivity of beauty. The Philosophy of Art. So you would not need to take a Anatomy class.
