That's easy..
The funniest movie I ever saw was called "HIstory Of The World Part I" It was really silly, but I have never laughed harder in my entire life. It's an old movie but you should give it a chance if you've never seen it.

The funniest movie I've ever seen is Tommy Boy, with Chris Farley and David Spade. I can't stop laughing through the entire movie. It's a shame they couldn't do more then just two movies together.

Not Another Teen Movie- the movie has the most bizzare cast of characters, like a cheerleader with tourettes and and a sixty year old woman passing herself off as a teenager. Also, let's not forget the taser scene or that gross banana sundae scene.

This is classic...or maybe not many might knows this movie...
"Top Secret!" starring Val Kilmer as Nick Rivers.
It is very funny and this is my first comedy movie I've watched. Nothing compares to the siliness of this movie among the rest.
And Val Kilmer, tho not really a comediane but, in this flick, his comediane acting..not so bad...

Some great answers and I agree with lots of them. So, I will add one to the list that has not yet been mentioned. 'Bringing Up Baby.' I still laugh out loud through out this movie. Classic!
