First Jonathan M You have no idea what you are talking about. none of the information you have is applicable. You are either misinformed or you are a bigot. As for spartan you do sound like a low life.
Now to you. Unfortunately for you your girl friend comes from an area of the world which the EU considers high risk (Africa, the Middle East and there are others too). Just applying for a visa will not work. Not just for Greece but for any member of the union. There is a solution. You have to send an official invitation to the person you wish to get a visa for. You formally invite the person stating a reason for the visit and also stating the duration of the visit. What in effect you are doing is taking full responsibility for the person you invite. If you are in Greece check with the ministry of foreign affairs as to how to go about it or check with any Greek council/embassy in your area. It's a bit tedious but it can be done. we do it all the time for Egyptian and Arab friends once or twice every year. Good luck!

Great answer again SSR! ...and the correct approach.
Now if you are in a hurry-and eroticism creates an unbearable hurry- and you do have some money, you can probably get her in illegally, using the same routes the Bulgarians,Albanians etc use through the northern Italian area.
