I'm insanely poor and I just got 8 bucks from my mom to spend on clothes, what should I buy. I like the rock star look.

If you like the rock star look, go to the hardware store and buy some chains and drape them all over your body.....through your belt loops.....hangin' outta yer pockets, etc. lol
And, get a fake nose ring or somethin'....

these are the places for you to go on your kind of budget but what i suggest for u is to just cut up a pair of old jeans you already have and just buy a retro t-shirt and accessorize with some cheap jewelry......eight dollars is hard to work with for an outfit ask for two more dollars because the really nice jeans at the thrift store are at least $4-$6 but the thrift stores and flea markets are the perfect places to go to for the look you are trying to achieve

Well you aren't going to be able to get much with 8 bucks. Go to a second hand store. You might find a little something there.

Try the salvation army or goodwill.

Tear up your own t shirt, buy a hair gel sample, walmart mascara, and a marker- make your own shirt design.

go to ur grandfathers gardrobe n search for a real retro style! from d 50ies, 60ies, or 70ies glamour.:) be creative just try it:)
