wait and see if she calls u, if u are meant to be she will, if not it won't happen. just stop calling her, as it will win u no compassion from her, in fact she may perceive it as some kind of weakness. go about your life as usual, and distance yourself from her, all that calling means nothing to her, she may not feel the same about u, yes u will hurt for a while, it is all part of life, and the growing up process. as in every life we will have disappointments and hurts from time to time. everyone has been through it, and it probably will not be the last time u experience this.

She may have been your FIRST, BUT she will NOT be your LAST I guarantee it. Move on and get over it. Sounds like you are too young and are whipped, wait maybe that's the problem. I am not talking about spanking or a bullwhip either. The mature ones will understand what I am saying.

You don't want to hear this.....do not call her...show her you are a strong man who is NOT needy...You have a life and you don't need her to be successful...to move ahead....and that you can make it....You can tell her that you Love her enough to let her go-that her happiness is more improtant than selfishly having her with you....then MEAN it and cut her off....Let her call you....and join a dating site- find a date...and MOVE the ball ahead ......DO NOT CALL HER>..U will only push her away....further...if it is meant to be...she will come back...in the mean time- move on...have fun...learn from the past....and let her find her true happiness.....it works!....

just promise yourself to stop. i mean, she's probably not wanting you to call. this is where your pride comes in, i mean its already over, she has dumped you.
when you get the urge to call, do something else. or delay it. like, ill call when its her bday, or when its xmas, whatever. just delay it to a long time and think 3x if you really want to break your promise to yourself before picking up the phone.
theres really more to life than her, dont ever think she is all that matters, coz thats not true.

To tell you the truth, there is no easy way!!! The best thing you could do is every time you want to phone her, bite on your teeth and just don't do it.
I know it is extremely hard, but you just have to do it. Unless if you fight for her so hard, show her how much you love her, and eventually she will fall for you...
That is what happened with me and my fiance, he never stopped fighting for me!
