I'd vote for "Paint It Black" by WASP. That record was so bad, when I bought and listened to the .45, I frisbeed it out my dorm room window! The "crunch" it made when it hit the pavement sounded better than anything on the record!

In a Metal Mood: No More Mr. Nice Guy is 1997 album by Pat Boone in which Boone covers hard rock and heavy metal songs in a jazz style. His cover of Ozzy Osbourne's Crazy Train would later serve as the theme song for Ozzy's reality show, The Osbournes.

I would have to vote for "Live and Let Die". The cover I am talking about was done by Guns and Roses. It is hard to think of the absolute worst for there have been many awful covers. I know I would have a lot of disagreement on this one but another one that comes to mind, is a cover of Peter Framptons "Baby I love your way". I am unsure of who performed the cover but it was not by a rock and roll artist, but more like a R&B or top 40 type band.
