Basically, the trust is damaged at best. How do you continue a relationship without trust? AND if the deception is there in this situation... well, how do you know it's not in ALL situations.
I remember a quote I heard long ago (before my divorce) that was something like this: "Your actions speak so loudly that I can't hear what your saying. "

I would definately want to know and it really wouldn't matter who told me . If you don't know and you are one of the four who doesn't then someone should come forward and inform you. Once you are armed with the information, then you can decide just what is the best thing for you and your children.Personally if it was happening with my husband it would make up my mind to finaly get over a lot of wasted years of marriage and get the will to get over it and move on in the direction I know I should go.

YES I would want to know if the father of my children was a rotton louse. I would not take this for one minute. Once a cheater, always a cheater. You deserve better. Someone who will love only you, and respect you. Too many stupid men out there that think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. Time for you to think about your marriage, and if it is worth it, to save. I would say NO.

If I was prepared to leave then yes, I would want to know. If I wouldn't leave regardless of the answer then no, I wouldn't want to know. And I think a lot of it would have to do with the length/connection. Was it a one time big mistake, or does he have feelings for this other woman? Kwim? Hth...

in the end, the truth always comes out anyway. so yes, I would. I believe in commitment and honesty, if my man cheats he's not welcome back.
You would have to be Mr Incredible if you believed the woman wouldn't find out.. Question is:
Why would you risk your relationship and children for a sex romp you could have at home, if you were the person at home that you are pretending to be with the other woman????

NOPE I would like to guess at who gave me a disease or who's baby was screaming outside the front door--don't tell me---I don't care to know if he is fooling around. Let me know so I can move on and protect myself and my future from Mr. Hot Stuff. God, get a grip

I think every person should know what a spouse is doing out side the marriage because of all the sexual std's out there.

hell yes i would want to know so i can walk away and come out strong. whats the point of staying with someone who is unfaithful? if thats the way they are going to love me then i don't want to be loved. especially with kids around ... i wouldn't want them to think that was something acceptable. hunny think about yourself and your kids first .
ps don't forget to slap on the child support. lol
