I think Paris H has an ok voice, but Hilary D is a joke and should not sing at all.

I would say Hilary. Paris, I'm sure, had altercations done to make her sound pleasant. The reputations alone would make you go for Hilary; who is much more well-grounded and focused on having a career. Paris, on the other hand, is more like, Hey look at me, I have money and you don't.

If I must pick one of them it would Hilary. Her voice is not that good but I think its better then Paris.
