Unfortunately, I am having the same problem. Even though I've cleaned that cache until you could eat out of it, I still get the same response from the system. I think when they were working on the system a week ago, they did something they shouldn't have and we are paying the price for it. Those Literati Gods are fickle at best. Part of their grand scheme to keep us in our places.

Go to tools at the drop down menu go to internet options then on the General tab(first one) delete files.... That should help- you could delete cookies too! just don't clear your history Then you will have to retype all your recent places in again!
DO YOU HAVE JAVA?
go to start menu/settings/comtolrpanel/javaplugin/ then on the Cache tab click on clear!

How to Clear Your Internet Cache and Cookies
1. Check your browser version

If you are using Mozilla Firefox followthe chain:
Tools ----> Options -------> Privacy Tab -------->Cache
Click on 'Clear' button.
Go to Internet Options in Tools if your browser is Internet Explorer.

on your toolbar (yahoo) there is a symbol of a spocket with the word tools, left click it and a screen will appear to the right side of the screen that says deleting browsing history. click on it and it will take you to another window. at the bottom it will say (about deleting browsing history) click on (deleting all) this will clear
