if i will lift heavy stuff to build my body, will it decrease the speed of my growth? my height?

Not at all...height is controlled by the pituitary gland. It is not effected by exercise at all. Lift what you want, but do be careful if you are under 18. Your joints are still forming and extreme lifting can cause problems down the line. Just use your head and stretch after working out.

yes it will if you are 16 and under. it could deform your bone structure because your body is not quite finished growing until you are 16. be careful... think of long term rather that short term.
