I am writing a paper and i want to talk about making butter using goat's milk or some other mammal. Please provide sites! THANKS!

people also use ghee, which is made from water buffalo milk, and there are recipes for reindeer milk butter and mare's milk butter, some are more obscure than others as cows milk has taken over much of the butter, cheese and soap market but in other cultures there is still a great use of indigenous animal milk used to make these "dairy products", just depends on the butterfat content of the original milk and on the end product

All cows are not created equal and the special cows that produce the milk for parmesan cheese in Italy are also used to produce a very rich butter. I can't find the site though.

Butter is made from milk of many domestic animals including cattle, yaks, buffalo, camels, sheep, goats, llamas and probably donkeys and elephants.

i could use a sort of for a substitute: for each one million cup buttermilk referred to as for in a recipe, use one million cup uncomplicated yogurt or bitter cream; OR one million tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar plus adequate milk to make one million cup; OR one million cup milk plus one million 3/4 tablespoons cream of tartar
