No Christian is common because he/she has been appointed to a specific task by God. This is not arrogance, it is fact.

Being a common man is wonderful, for the most part. I enjoy getting up, watching the sunrise, having a cup of coffee and a light breakfast, taking a shower, thinking about my day and what I should tackle first, then kiss the woman, pet the dog, grab my keys, make sure my zipper is up before I walk out the door to drive to work. I like doing a full week of work, usually 40 hours, and making a nice paycheck for my labor. Then I like to drive home and decide how to spend it on my bills, buy food and stock up the refrigerator, buy something special for those I love, buy a CD or DVD for our collection, or take the lady out to see a movie and eat dinner. Then I also like to come home pitch the ball to the pooch in the backyard, rough house with her, teach her a new trick, then go inside and watch TV, usually CNN to see if we're still alive, watch a game or a sitcom or a documentary. Then I read a chapter of a book before going to bed, kiss the lady of the house again and maybe fool around, say a prayer, and I think "life is good" then fall asleep only to do it all over again the next day.

It’s great! I could be who I really am. No hypocrisy in my own little world.
