1. Subscribe to Cable to get ESPN/Star Sports
2. Watch it in coffeeshops or pubs
3. Watch it at a friends place who subscribes to cable.
4. Download a P2PTV application (like TVANTS, etc) but this is illegal.

You must be living in a place without satellite broadcast cable tv which operates by charging subscribers a low-moderate monthly fee.
The EPL is a professional league and one of the clubs' revenue earners is the money generated from TV broadcasts - of course it is not reasonable to expect to watch live epl matches free of charge.

I watch 3 every saturday(only 1 live of course) it depends where you are and what TV stations you have.
