Not now, but have done.
We had 2 different French girls (aged 11 and 12) on consecutive years. It worked well as my daughter was that age and they had fun together.
We had a 19 year old Dutch student for a year - didn't work quite so well, but it wasn't a disaster. It might have been if she was a partying, drinking type, but she was quiet and homely so it was OK.

Yes, I have had two students from Spain who stayed the entire school year. One from Brazil who stayed 1/2 year and one from Chile who stayed 1/2 year. I had a student from Austria who stayed the entire year. I loved having the students. I also hosted a chaperone from Japan on a group exchange program from that country. I learned a lot about their countries and since I took them on little tours of the area, I got to visit some local spots I might have overlooked if I had not had someone to show things to. Next month I am traveling across the Atlantic for the first time to visit the UK. The student from Austria is meeting us in London and I am really looking forward to seeing her again.
