how to avoid that he cannot access my work from windows 98.
i use xp nd he tells me i'll delete this and that....plzz show me some concrete way.

You're using XP and he's 98. Convert your drive to NTFS. 98 won't be able to read it.

encrypt your files and directories and hide them in some obscure location

back it up onto a thumb drive
they are cheap
