I think it's oil derived from Seseme seed, used for health purposes.

It is an obscure name for sesame oil, intended to make cosmetic buyers think they are getting something really exotic and "special" when it's just a standard product.

sesame seeds that have been pressed twice.
olive oil is pressed olives. extra virgin olive oil is olives that have been pressed more than once. the more they are pressed the higher the price and the better it is for you.
