i used to be. my mum prayed for me and i asked God to deliver me, after years of struggling with it God finally helped me through. it was good to know that i was not born gay but was influenced into it by society. NO ONE was born gay.

I have a bisexual friend that says he feels straight some days and gay other days. I can't really relate to that because I am 100% gay, but personally, I couldn't change if I wanted to. I just don't find the woman body attractive sexually. No offense to the ladies, but I actually find it a bit repulsive, again in sexual terms.

You should learn more about islam before deciding to remain a muslim cos you're heading straight to hell.

Muslims here have admitted that even if we show them how many more muslims die in natural disasters than nonmuslims, and even if we show them the truth from secular history about the shames in islam and muhammad, and even if we show them the quotes and verses from the bible to tell them that it denounces muhammad, and even if we say that muhammad is a pedophile for having sex with a 9 year old infant girl, THEY WILL NOT BE SHAKEN FROM ISLAM!

OKAY, FINE... point taken okay?

My question is. Then what does that make you (muslim)?

Regular Humans or a Lunatics?

Please do not think this is an insulting question but realise that this question is a result of many of the answers and admissions you muslims have provided here. I can link you up with many of them (eg. Leah & Perception etc etc etc).

Other than than that Ann somebody who was with Ellen Degeneres, I never heard of any, but there probably are some people. (I know plenty of "straights" who turned gay, and are the better for it!)

No. I don't believe for one minute anyone has ever changed. As a matter of fact you would find some very interesting reading on the subject in this link.

no one can change who they innately are. sure, there are those "camps" run by bigots where they try to brain-wash you into pretending to be someone you're not....but that's all it is...brain-washing. and, to hear some of the stories of young people that are held hostage in these places, they even result to physical abuse as well.

Give credit to our gay friends, you answered this question yourself when you said you are straight and always will be, it's the same thing for gay people.

No one can "genuinly" change who they are. They can convince themselves that they've changed. And no, I've never known anyone that did.

people make their choices in life but that lifestyle is not a choice. It can lead to psychological problems in life.
