articulation is how to prenounce words.

an articulated speaker is someone who speaks well in public (speeches and presentations) in popular use its also used for people that know a lot or know many words.

I think it would be more correct to say "an articulate speaker". I am pretty sure that would mean someone who is capable of conveying their meaning in a clear, concise manner.

someone who speaks well enough for you to understand who has a wide vocabulary therefore never lacks of words and also someone who has knowledgeable skills in all those areas...I think.
