health wise I have no idea. my house has not hot water for the shower so it is always a cold one. It wakes me up and it does make me feel good. I do not miss the hot showers that I used to take.

the only health benefit I can think of is that showering in cold water does not dry out your skin like taking hot showers can. I like a cold shower in the morning to wake me up.

It makes your hair shine and your pores close. I take a really hot bath then a cold shower. IT feels great. I have also been told that it helps with the balls of blue.
