Saw BB King in Manchester, 80 years young, awesome, and his back up artist a kid called Gary Moore was pretty fair too.

man, really tough to pick one. Blues has many styles within itself.

Start out with Robert Johnson and go from there. Or you could get a compilation cd and listen to all of them.

anything by Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimmy Vaughn, Hubert Sumlin.

Go with The Blues Breakers, there ya go. But get into the stuff with Clapton first.

Well, there are lots of styles.

For texas blues, I'd say Stevie Ray Vaughn.

For slide... hmm. the name escapes me at the moment.

There's acoustic blues, there's all kinds.
