it is when i send photos from my pc, i send the photo in email it says it had not sent 'error' but then it is received at the other end but it will keep sending it untill i can delete it, can any one please help??? going mad as to why.

It really sounds like a discrepancy in your email account set up. Try going to Tools > Email Accounts and making sure you don't have any accounts set up that you do not access anymore.
Otherwise I would create an alternate Outlook profile, set everything up there and see if you still have this problem. To set up a profile go to Start > Control Panel > Mail > Profiles (make sure to turn on the option to be prompted for the profile to use)
