i hve received e-mail that my e-mail addressed is won prize US$ 500,000.00 USD Illinois lottery chicago .The First City monument bank of Nigeria demand me affidavit and authorization of Federal Government of nigeria and ask Contact to Senior advocate Nigeria .I contact to SAN and he tell me anount Rs $620 send me and then i prepare your documents .kindly reply me this lottery informaion is right or wrong .

It sound like you've got a phishing email don't reply to it unless you're very sure its straight first thing to think of have you entered the lottery if not you've got your answer right away if you have be careful it's not advisable to send bank detail over the net you don't know where they're going and you could find your bank account emptied.

Think about it carefully: why would an Illinois lottery ask you to send money to a Nigerian bank in order to get paid? This is one of the more blatant frauds I've seen so far.

This is a complete scam. Do not reply. If you have given real information about yourself be very wary. These people are criminals. Lotteries do not work this way, they only make money by selling tickets.

The objective of most such messages is to get your personal details and its a scam.

The spammer has 2 objectives
1. To get your personal details
2. To verify that the particular email address exists and you access it so that he can send you more spam
