when you stub your toe on the bed in the middle of the night, do you let that ruin your day, or do you mutter a few well chosen expletives and get on with it? Everybody runs into situations that don't go exactly as planned and such situations have to be treated like your stubbed toe, mutter something appropriate then get on with it. When you do this, you minimize the negativity in your life and don't let it interfere with your life. You then start to look as mistakes and unplanned results as opportunities to learn, always turning a disadvantage into an advantage. Conversely, you look for things that happen in your day that make you happy and you look forward to these experiences. You can be miserable if you want, but being optimistic is a lot more fun because being miserable never makes anything better, but being optimistic definitely does!

knowing nothing of your temperment,I would suggest that in times of conflict that you give careful thought to a situation before it upsets you.try to find a positive way to deal with common ocurrences. Even when there is no conflict,do things you like to do or think about, things that bring joy within. Put a song in your mind and sing it often. Smile and greet others with enthusiam and it will be returned to you. If you notice, others smile when they see you smile.Pray, not necessarily for anything but prayers of thanks for the blessings you now have. Do this and burdens will be lifted from your life . The darkness will be removed and the light of a wonderful life will shine on you for as long as you live. So,111111 keep your sights on the 1, the real 1 and 11111 will be OK

Sometimes you must put in a little effort; but, it can be done. Positive thinking, pro/con your day and see that there are more pros than cons to your day, give of yourself to others and the sunshine will come pouring in. Does this help?

Yes, by not getting too affected by either the sunshine or the rain clouds. If you are impervious to both you will find the inner tranquility that will be your sunshine.

Try to be positive and look into the good points of bad things. Respecting and loving those around is the most effective way, hating somebody only makes you miserable

Be happy and loving. Waking up to the glowing sun in your face is always nice. Open your blinds before you go to bed. Listen to your favorite songs in the car! Love your life and let nothing stop you!!!!!

I don´t think so. There are biological and environmental factors to be considered, it´s not just a choice you make.
