Hello,
Vitamin E will definitely help. Either a good cream with as little chemical additives as possible or even the pure Vitamin E oil from capsules. If you use this mixed with a few drops of Lavender essential oil and massage it into your face it greatly helps to heal and fade scar tissue, it assists the skin to regenerate itself and nourishes it giving it strength.

Also taking an Echinacea supplement can help to clear up the skin and help scar tissue or the tendency for outbreaks of spots etc. A friend who took this advice, who had severe acne and scarring from it, was very happy with the results from Echinacea. Because it is a Blood cleanser it works through the blood stream and cleanses the system of the impurities that cause and prolong the appearance of spots and blemishes.Echinacea cleared up his skin almost completely and nothing had ever worked before that he had tried.

Also, regularly *gently* exfoliating the skin with a good natural cream face scrub is important... depending on the sensitivity of the scar tissue and surrounding skin..always do it very carefully and gently.(Using a soft toothbrush to do this instead of your fingers is a very good idea...may sound silly but it's true. Brush the exfoliation scrub over your face gently in circular motions to encourage the blood circulation needed for skin cell renewal) This will help to get rid of the build up of dead skin cells and encourage the growth of the new skin beneath. Massage in the Vitamin E oil/cream and Lavender after exfoliating the skin and that will give a real boost!

A man I know who was in an accident and his face was cut deeply with glass was able to diminish the resulting scarring through using these powerful but gentle natural methods. They are easy to do too.

I believe that the Bio Oil, that someone mentioned above is also good...and I think that contains Vitamin E too.

I hope this helps a little and I hope whatever you choose to do, brings good results.

take care ~ :o)

It's just a week that now I am out of chicken pox, actually chicken pox did leave visible scars on my face but the proportion is more on my lower chest, stomach and back. On face I do have but like 10, actually I believe they were due to acne which already existed and all blisters formed out of pimples on my face have left a scar. Doctor told me not to apply the cream he gave for next two weeks and that they would fade anyway in 30-40 days. Natural remedy for them is applying lemon juice for 4-5 hours and then wash with cold water but this can be done after 4-5 weeks after the scabs have gone. Do not step out in sun and try to minimize the exposure. Drink 4-5 litres of water and avoid all forms of meat for next 5-6 weeks. Avoid sugar completely. All the best. Do not stress as this may also cause problems

please don't put lemon on your face and sit in the sun. if you have scar tissue already -it definitely won't work.

the following will all depend on how bad the scarring is..

time will make scars fade - a scar isnt fully mature for 2 years, so until then it will change colour

massaging with any unscented, uncoloured moisturiser will help with bad scarring, - you can use oils too eg almond oil

don't try and tan because that will show up the scars, and put you at higher risk of skin cancer as scars dont have protective melanonin

You could use egg yolk mixed with mozcada nut. Put it on your face and wait until it gets dry. Another thing that works very well is to take an aloe leaf. Cut it in half and take crystalline part and put it in your face for about 10 min per the day.

definitely buy bio-oil and use that. Its tissue oil and is fantastic for any type of scarring- my sister used it for facial scars that required a plastic surgeon, and she's absolutely fine now. Also, there's a biochemic tissue salt that is good for scarring, only i cant remember which one (duh!) you'll have to google. Its completely natural and safe.
