bought a new lap top in 2006 which then needed new hard drive and i have now lost my subscription for my norton. Do i have to pay again or can i get it back

Did you download or have you got disk?

Downloaded then did you pay the extra money for unlimited downloads - if Yes then log onto norton, enter your username and password and download again, if you didn't, I think you have had it.

Disk - Just pop it in and away you go!!!

As above AVG anti virus is not only better it is not a system hungry. While you are at it download Zone Alarm firewall also free it's much more efficient than Windows built in firewall.

be pleased you are rid of norton.....avast is probably the best one now, free with free updates.
forget AVG on the grisoft site, they have stopped the free one and charge now.
either way, keep off norton.
