The way I did it in school is you answer the stuff in quotations first so 4x5 is 20, 7x4 is 28, 20 plus 6 plus plus 28 equals 54. Will ask my son when he gets up to get the correct way to show the work. Good luck.

The simplest answer, I can give you, is 54!
Here's HOW:- (4 x 5) = 20 + 6 = 26
(7 x 4) = 28
26 + 28 = 54

what's the answer to: 9-3(2+6) / 6-2 x5? you should do what's interior the () first , than any mult or div. so as from left to proper interior the num. and then interior the denom. 9-3(8) / 6-2 x5 9-24 / 6-10 -15/-4 15/4 hi i'm reading for a math try arising quickly and that i became wondering in case you adult men can help me out with this equation. the way i'm doing it really is 9-3=6 then 2+6=8, so it really is sixty 8. So then i proceed to divide sixty 8 by 6-2=4x5=20. So sixty 8/20 equals 3.4. yet this isn't between the conceivable solutions that my instructor has written on the sheet, it sounds like i'm doing some thing incorrect the following.
