A sense of responsibility towards the country!
I litter on the main roads because everyone does so. I jump traffic signals because I can always escape with a small fine. I scribble on public monuments because there is no one to question me. I am more interested in the sports page than the national page of the newspaper. My wife, my job, my neighbours, my job- that is all I am bothered about. The wicked politicians will take care of the nation.
I am the average Indian man!

A thing lacking in any body can't be important anyway. And you at least need to refer to which coutry you actually belong to?
