Loud Mouth by The Ramones is about simplest song to remember all the words to.
Also Surfing Bird,and Wipe Out, are easy
Captian of Her Heart by Double is an easy song as well.

Hellbound performed by The Living End off of their 1994 EP of the same name.

No words, just an electric guitar, double bass and a basic drum kit.

The instrumental is very well put together and very catchy.
